Director Nag Ashwin’s sci-fi thriller Project K is one of the most anticipated Pan India movies in the making. It stars superstar Prabhas in the lead role alongside Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, and Disha Patani.
Meanwhile, for the past few days, news has been circulating that legendary actor Kamal Haasan is approached to play the antagonist role in the film. When trying to find the facts in the widely circulated rumors it is known exclusively that Kamal Haasan is not approached for the antagonist role in Project K and all the news circulating is a baseless rumor.
Project K is produced by C. Aswani Dutt under the banner Vyjayanthi Movies with a said budget of around 500 crores. It is set in a futuristic world with never before seen visuals around the possibility of a 3rd World War. It is kind of the film that hasn’t been touched before in Indian cinema. It is scheduled to release on January 12, 2024, in multiple languages.
On the other hand, Kamal Haasan is busy with Shankar’s Indian 2 and has a project with Mani Ratnam in the pipeline.
