Kalyani Shares Big Update On Lokah 2

Kalyani Priyadarshan has confirmed that the sequel to her huge blockbuster film Lokah will start shooting in September without fail.

The first part was a huge success in Malayalam and was later dubbed into Telugu where it also performed well. The film broke several box office records including those of movies starring Mohanlal.

Lokah became popular for its unique mix of mythological and superhero elements which connected strongly with audiences.

Speaking at a recent event Kalyani shared that pre-production and script work are in progress. She confirmed that she will return for the sequel.

As Lokah is considered one of India’s highest grossing female-led films, expectations for the second part are very high.
