Kalyan Ram’s six-pack is the talk of the town

Not long ago, Kalyan Ram was seen with his belly coming out a wee bit. Everybody lashed out at the actor for not at all being athletic in his last release Sher. Well, things seem to be working out well for him now and the actor has undergone a huge transformation and has not only lost oodles of weight but has also changed his style statement.

Speaking to a leading English daily about the makeover, the actor shared, “I was 86 kilos when I started working out. I am 11 kilos lighter now! I could never wear straight cuts before because I was super conscious about my thighs looking heavy. Now, I can wear whatever I want to — from skinny jeans to drainpipe trousers.”
But not just that! The actor is also happy that he can spend more time with his kids. Apparently he got tired after playing for 15-20 minutes but now, he is more agile and can even run alongside his son when he cycles. Wow, Kalyan Ram is definitely giving us some fitness goals, huh?
