Nandamuri Kalyan Ram’s new film, Amigos is releasing on February 10th. Written and directed by Rajendra Reddy, Amigos has created curiosity among the audience with its promotional activities.
As the release date is nearing, this morning Kalyan Ram had an interaction with Telugu media. He is seen quite confident on the film’s output. Talking about Amigos and doing a triple role, Kalyan Ram said” I’ve enjoyed playing three characters, and the toughest part was making the film. When creating a scene with three characters at the same time, you must be mindful of all the properties and continuity”.
When asked about doing experimental movies, Kalyan Ram replied”Other than 118, I don’t think I have ever done an experimental film. I’ve always preferred commercial films and work hard to narrate or add something new to them in any way I can”. Speaking about upcoming films, the Nandamuri hero said”I believe the Devil shoot completed almost seventy percent. Most likely, director Vasshita and I will begin work on the Bimbisara sequel by the end of this year”.
A couple of days back Amigos went for censor clearance and passed censor formalities with U/A certificate. Reportedly, the film’s runtime is locked as 2 hours 19 minutes. Will the crisp duration turn into an advantage for the film? Remains to be seen.
Co-starring Kannada beauty Ashika Ranganath as the female lead, Amigos also has actor Brahmaji in a key role. Bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers, Amigos has its music by Ghibran. S Sundar Rajan is the cinematographer for the movie.
