Kalpika Ganesh has recently drawn attention for her troubling behavior in public places. She reportedly caused damage at a pub while demanding a free cake and later posted offensive comments on Insta accusing the staff of mentally harassing her.
Similar incidents at restaurants have also surfaced and she is now facing police cases for her violent behavior.
In a serious turn of events her father, Sanghavar Ganesh filed a formal complaint with the police expressing concern about her mental health.
He stated that Kalpika is suffering from a severe psychological condition and may pose a danger to herself, her family and the public. He also revealed that she had previously attempted suicide twice.
According to reports Kalpika has been battling depression for a long time. She has appeared in several films, usually in supporting roles often playing the heroine’s friend.
Her current situation has raised concern among many.
