“Kalki 2899 AD,” a high-budget sci-fi drama starring Prabhas and Deepika Padukone, has become a major success. Directed by Nag Ashwin, the film was released on June 27 and has broken several main box office records with in its opening weekend solid.

In just five days, “Kalki 2898 AD” has entered the Rs 600 crore club. The film’s total on the gross collection over these five days main is about Rs 625 crore. It is surpassing all expectations and is quickly approaching the Rs 1,000 crore club. The movie also stars Indian cinema legends Amitabh Bachchan and Kamal Haasan. Other prominent actors in key roles include Sobhana, Disha Patani, Anna Ben, and Pasupathy.
