The International Film Festival of India (IFFI), has announced its selection for the 55th edition. It will showcase 25 feature films and 20 non feature films, chosen from 384 entries.
This lineup includes five mainstream movies, and two Telugu films have been selected the blockbuster “Kalki 2898 AD” starring Prabhas and directed by Nag Ashwin, and “35-Chinna Katha Kaadu” featuring Nivetha Thomas, directed by Nanda Kishore Emani.
A team of jury members picked the films, though none of the jury members are from Tollywood, which has raised some concerns.
IFFI will be held from November 20 to 28, 2024, in Goa promising an exciting celebration of Indian cinema.
