Kalaavathi Promo: A romantic saga

The promo for the first song from Superstar Mahesh Babu’s upcoming film, Sarkaru Vaari Paata, titled Kalaavathi, has been released today, with the entire song scheduled to be out on February 14th. The song is composed by SS Thaman, while Sid Sriram is the singer, and Anantha Sriram has penned the lyrics.

Only a few lines of the song have been released from the song, and a single visual, which leaves everything to the viewers’ imagination. However, from what’s been released, it is clear that the song is going to be highly colourful and peppy too, while also having a melodious touch to it. Kalaavathi marks the first song that Sid Sriram has sung for Superstar Mahesh, which is creating all the more buzz for it.

On the other hand, SVP is directed by Parasuram, of Geetha Govindam fame, and is scheduled to be released on 12th May. It was initially scheduled to be released on April 1st, but got postponed due to the film’s shoot being delayed, as Mahesh had fallen sick due to coronavirus.
