Vela Illa Pattadhari, in short, VIP has become one of the most important films of Dhanush career as it was his 25th film during the time of release. Now, the movie has got a sequel with VIP-2, directed by Soundarya Rajnikanth and scripted by himself. In the movie, Kajol is playing an important role and she is promoting the film around the country. This is her second South Indian film and she wishes the movie will be a bigger hit.
Another reason for her happiness is that she completed 25 years in the Industry after being introduced in Bekhudi by Rahul Rawail in 1992. She had been part movies like Dilwale Dulhania le Jeyange, Kuch Kuch Hota Hein, Ishq, Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham, Baazigar, Karan-Arjun and many more. She made an iconic pair with Shah Rukh Khan and married Ajay Devgan. The actress revealed her emotion in an interview and said, “ I feel like time has flown and never realised I have completed 25 years in the Industry.”
She further stated, “ Even my husband Ajay has completed 26 years and we all celebrated his success, recently. I will be every happy with me turning 25 in the Industry because I had a memorable career in the Industry and I’m sure VIP-2 will be a good addition too.” Her film VIP-2 will release in theatres on 11th of August.
