According to Money Control, Kajol recently spent crores on an apartment before buying another property in Mumbai. The ‘Helicopter Eela’ actress reportedly paid a staggering Rs 7.64 crore for this 194.67 sq m home in the city. According to records retrieved by Propstack, Vir Savarkar Projects Pvt Ltd is the vendor of the office space.
Kajol reportedly signed the contract on 28 July at the Signature Building, Oshiwara, Veera Desai Road in Andheri West, Mumbai. There are still some unreleased information concerning this investment.
The ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’ actress had previously bought an opulent 2,493-square-foot flat. The actress spent Rs 16.50 crore on the April-born property, which had four designated parking spaces. Along with her, Ajay Devgn recently spent Rs 45.09 crore on five office buildings.
The next movie Kajol will appear in will be Do Patti, which also stars Kriti Sanon. The project, which has been written by Kanika Dhillon and directed by Shashanka Chaturvedi (also known as BOB), will be available on Netflix India.
