Actress Kajal in one of her press interactions revealed that she never expected to become an artist ever. She used to think about becoming an astronaut and once when she decided that is not easy, she wanted to take up business but she came into films. The actress is very happy that she chose this path and also, highly delighted that she got an opportunity to be as famous as she is.
She said, “I used to be a naughty kid in my school days. Even today, I enjoy a good mischief but I try to be more dignified as my status as a celebrity asks for it. I am not serious like people perceive but as I cannot open up to many so early, people think I have an attitude problem and I am too proud. Well, I am proud about what made out of the opportunities but that did not make me arrogant. My family keeps me grounded and I am more than happy to be around them all the time.”
Further she said, ” I wanted to become an astronaut after reading about Kalpana Chawla. She is a major inspiration but when I got to know how hard it is, I decided to study business management and do jobs that will help him grow as a business woman some day. I got a chance to become an actress unexpectedly and I am happy that it led to me to achieve many more dreams that I had as a kid.” Kajal has wrapped up her parts in Awe!, MLA (Manchi Lakshanalunna Abbayi) and is busy shooting for Tamil movie, Paris Paris. She has three projects more in her hand, at various stages of development in Telugu and Tamil.
