Megastar Chiranjeevi is the first person in Telugu film industry to take the initiation to cancel the shooting of his ongoing film Acharya. Recently, the film was in the news when actress Trisha walked out citing creative differences between the team. Ever since she left, the team is constantly on the look out for a new heroine.
A couple of days ago, reports surfaced that Khaidi No 150 star Kajal Aggarwal had bren considered to romance Chiranjeevi once again. Now, the latest development is that the makers are considerinh Anushka Shetty to play the female lead in the film. It looks like the competition is between Kajal Aggarwal and Anushka Shetty dor Acharya. In a couple of days, director Koratala Siva and his team will come to a conclusion regarding the heroine. Also, it has been reported that neither Ram Charan or Mahesh Babu have been roped in to play a crucial role in the film. Soon, the makers of Acharya need to make some solid decisions.
