It is well-known that the Narcotics Control Bureau( NCB) has arrested Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan in the drugs case on October 7th. Aryan was sent to 14-days of judicial custody and has been lodged at the Arthur Road jail since then.
Meanwhile, the latest news is that the Mumbai sessions court has rejected Aryan bail in the drugs case. As per the Mumbai media reports, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) strongly opposed Aryan Khan’s bail plea as they opinioned that he may tamper with the evidence if given bail in the drugs case. Though Aryan Khan’s lawyer Amit Desai argued that no contraband was found on Aryan, the sessions court refused to grant bail to Aryan.
This verdict comes as a big shock to Shah Rukh Khan’s family as they expected bail for Aryan Khan in today’s hearing.
