Tarak aka Jr.NTR is on a career all time high with back to back successes after a lull period. From Temper, the actor changed his approach towards films and that gave him Blockbusters like Nannaku Prematho and Janatha Garage. After shooting back to back for both the movies, the actor decided to take a break for several time until he can finalise his next movie. According to the earlier plan and announcement, he should have started working with Vakkantham Vamsi, introducing him as a director in NTR Arts production, their home banner.
Since it was film produced by their family, NTR and his brother Kalyanram took extra care about the story and screenplay. But in the end, Vakkantham’s script did not match to the expectations of Tarak and he rejected the movie. The hunt for good scripts kept going and they sort out to big directors like Trivikram as well to lock the combination. But with the famous writer director, being busy in his other movies, they decided to hear out new upcoming director’s scripts. Tarak liked script narrated by Ravipudi Anil, director of Supreme and Pataa, but he thought script by Bobby would be perfect for him at the moment.
