Hyderabad traffic police reportedly levied a fine of Rs 700 against NTR’s car (a Range Rover, AP 37 AX 9999) as the driver violated the tinted glass norm. The challan was given to the actor’s driver, Mr Eshwar. Junior NTR was in the rear seat.
An english daily reported that the SR Nagar traffic sub-inspector G Ramesh stopped the car at Maitrivanam cross roads but NTR remained inside the car. He also reportedly did not exchange any words with the police but just asked his driver to take the challan. The driver informed the cops that the T’town actor was on his way to a film shoot at Sarathi Studios at Ameerpet. The Supreme Court had earlier banned use of tinted glass.
