Jr. NTR aka Tarak, has been the award season favourite this year. For his heart touching performances in Nannaku Prematho and Janatha Garage, he got the award of Best Actor from Filmfare, Zee TV Awards, SIIMA and IIFA Utsavam. Now, he got Andhra Pradesh state Government Nandi Award for best actor for his performance from both the movies. His fans are happy for his clean sweep.
Also, State Government has announced awards for the years, 2014 and 2015. For 2014, Manam won the best second film while Legend has been named the first best. Manam, also received awards for Best music, Anup Rubens and best supporting actor, Naga Chaitanya. Best Actor award went to Nandamuri Balakrishna. Surprisingly, Boyapati Srinu won best director award over Vikram Kumar.
For 2015, Mahesh Babu received best actor for Srimanthudu and Baahubali won the best film. Also, Baahubali sweeped most of the awards in Popular category including director, Rajamouli, best music composer, MM Keeravani and best actress, Anushka Shetty. She also got the award for her performance in Size Zero. Trivikram Srinivas and Rajamouli receive the awards for excellence in direction, BN Reddy Award for 2014 and 2015.
Janatha Garage, yielded best actor for Jr. NTR for 2016 and Pelli Choopulu is regarded as the best picture for 2016. We congratulate all the award winners for their hard work and salute to Sri Kamal Haasan, Rajnikanth and Raghavendra Rao for receiving the highest honours, NTR National Award for 2014, 2015 and 2016.
