ANR himself, said that even though he and NTR were present in the movie, Mayabazaar’s actual hero is Savitri and rest all of them including SVR are supporting actors only.Coming to the news, Naga Ashwin who debuted with Nani starrer, Yevade Subramanyam, is scripting the biopic on Savitri and decided on Nitya Menen to act in her role.
Latest scoop is that, Jr. NTR and Naga Chaitanya were approached to play the roles of their grandfathers in the movie and both the actors are considering the possibility quite seriously.Before this, both tried to star in a film, remake of Gundamma Katha but dropped the idea as they could not find a worthy replacement for Gundamma, Legendary SuryaKantham. Well, they might end up saying yes to star in the biopic as a tribute to their legendary grandfathers. Nothing had been finalised yet, as the script work is still going on and the project will be bankrolled on prestigious Vijayanthi Movies banner by popular producer, C. Ashwini Dutt.
