Ramesh is back with his new film ‘Jithan 2’, a horror-comedy which is going to hit the screens from 8th of April. Concentrating high on choosing scripts, he stepped into this sequel directed by Rahul Paramahamsa and written by Vincent Selva. Srushti Dange plays the lead, while Mayilsamy, Robo Shankar, Karunas and Yogi Babu appear in the supporting roles.
“Debutant director Rahul Paramahamsa leaves no stone unturned in making this sequel much bigger than the first Jithan”, says Ramesh. Rahul, a gold medalist in the management studies feels that his education and experience would come handy in the tougher situations such as promoting and releasing of the film. The soundtrack album and background score were composed by Srikanth Deva and the cinematography was handled by S.K.Mitchell.
“Since it’s a horror movie there is only one song in the film; but it will be 10 times more than my mile stone song ‘Aa mudhal Akku dhana da’ and it was beautifully carried out by Gaana Bala. For the BGM scores I have imported special tracks from abroad!,” says Srikanth Deva and the debut cinematographer S.K. Mitchell who earlier assisted Cinematographer-Director Vijay Milton said that “I have given my best for this film and it was totally a different exposure to work in horror films. I had used both low and high lights to increase the thriller.”
