Jee karda Web-Series Review & Rating

Introduction: Jee Karda, an upcoming Amazon Prime Video series, is about love, friendship and marriage. The new web series Ji Karda shows the confusion between love, marriage, friendship and shows the confusion that every young person goes through.

Story: This web series tells the story of seven friends, who start from school and then go on to adulthood. The series mainly revolves around Tamannaah Bhatia’s character Lavanya. One of these seven friends is Rishabh, played by Suhail Nayyar.

Rishabh proposes to Lavanya on the wedding anniversary of his friend Sameer and Sheetal, which leaves Lavanya more confused.

Lavanya and Rishabh are in a live-in relationship, yet Lavanya is confused as she loves Arjun too. This series Ji Karda addresses all this confusion.

Technicalities: How is the direction of the series and the acting of the actors?

The story of this series directed by Arunima Sharma is a bit predictable but the dialogue of the series has made it interesting. The dialogue of the series has been kept according to today’s era which makes the series more alive.

Tamannaah has done a great acting, rest of the actors have also done a good job. After watching this series, today’s youth will feel connected to the series.

Analysis Zee Karda is an adult category series that will attract today’s youth as well as teenagers. The songs of this series are also relatable, composed by Sachin and Jigar.

Love and lust are shown in the best way in the series, but the story is getting faded somewhere. The story seems entangled with each other but the story becomes clear by the end. The series is worth watching this weekend.

Technicalities: Abbas, Hussain Dalal, and Arunima Sharma (who is also the director) wrote the script. The trio now has the challenge of concentrating just on the character arcs and the link they have because they are aware that they have already revealed the characters’ outcomes correctly and at the beginning. The script appears sloppy in the second half, though. As we rarely get to observe Sheetal (Samvedna)’s relationships with the others, she seems like a very distant figure. For Shahid, it appears that only Preet (Anya) had some sort of relationship with him, and we never learn how he joined the group! Even though these seven were classmates, Rishabh’s parents seem more like distanced caricatures than the folks Lavanya or her mother should have known. Additionally, these seven do not frequently share the frame, thus the descriptions of the other characters reveal a lot about the characters themselves.

Verdict: Jee Karda is a one time watch which would make you feel relaxed for the first time you watch it but you wouldn’t purely enjoy that.
