Naveen Polishetty, Priyadarshi, and Rahul Ramakrishna have teamed up for the project Jathi Ratnalu. The movie is directed by Anudeep KV and produced by Nag Ashwin. Jathi Ratnalu turned out to be the biggest hit in the small-budget movies category. Jathi Ratnalu has made a business of around Rs. 8 Crores.
The movie has so far collected a huge share of around Rs. 22 Crores. Considering the return of investment, Jathi Ratnalu is one of the highest profited movies in Tollywood. However, the film has seen huge drops now. In Hyderabad and other Telangana areas, the occupancy on the first day of the second week is below 50 percent. In Andhra Pradesh, the occupancy is much lower.
However, the distributors are confident that the movie will pick up on the weekends. Faria Abdullah has played the female lead.
