Top choreographer and National Award winner, Jani Master, was accused of sexual assault by a female choreographer who was also his assistant.
He was arrested and placed in judicial custody. A court in Rangareddy denied his bail because charges under the POCSO Act were filed against him. Jani Master then appealed to the Telangana High Court.
The Telangana High Court has now granted him bail, and he will be released soon.
Due to this controversy, Jani Master lost several work opportunities, and his National Award was canceled, even though he was not yet convicted.
His arrest has sparked a lot of debate in Tollywood.
