Janhvi Kapoor who played the female lead in Peddi visited the Tirupati temple today to seek the blessings of Lord Venkateswara Swamy.
The actress was accompanied by her aunt, actress Maheswari during the visit. Photos and videos from their darshan have gone viral on social media.
The visit comes a day after Peddi premiered and opened in theatres worldwide to a positive response from all the viewers.
Janhvi is known for her devotion to Lord Venkateswara and makes frequent visits to the Tirumala temple throughout the year.
After making her Telugu debut with Devara, Janhvi returned to Tollywood with Peddi, where she played Achiyamma, a strong and confident village girl. Reports also suggest that she has signed a key role in Allu Arjun and Atlee’s upcoming film Raaka.
