Janhvi Kapoor, Sridevi’s daughter, has debuted in Bollywood and has already secured a place for herself among the emerging stars of the industry. She began her career with ‘Dhadak’, a romantic movie, but shifted to women oriented films soon after. At the moment, she is promoting a film that she is going to release with Rajkumar Rao titled ‘Mr & Mrs Mahi’.
Janhvi has already been a part of public life ever since she was a child. Her fashion has been criticized and this year she talked about being objectified by the media from her early ages. A vivid memory that she shared was, ” The first time I felt sensualized by the media was when I was 12 or 13. I went to an event accompanied by my parents, and photos of me were taken by the media. Social networks were just getting exploded, and I came across images of myself deep in porn sites. The boys at my school were also looking at it and laughing. ”
Besides Her Bollywood career, she has also started her South Indian cinema with two major pan-Indian projects. She will play in NTR‘s ‘Devara‘ and Ram Charan‘s #RC16, both of which are being produced on a grand scale. First, she would like to strengthen her position as an actor in the Hindi cinema world with the film titled ‘Ulajh’.
