The team of Peddi is busy with promotions even as the shooting continues. The makers have now unveiled the first look of Janhvi Kapoor, who plays the female lead opposite Ram Charan.
Janhvi plays Achiyyamma, a bold and cheerful village girl. Two posters were released, showing her in a rustic printed saree with traditional ornaments and sunglasses, confidently standing at a microphone. Her look and body language perfectly capture the film’s rural energy.
Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, Peddi features music by A.R. Rahman, with the first single expected to release soon.
The film is produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru under Vriddhi Cinemas and presented by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings.
Made on a massive scale, the movie also stars Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, Divyenndu Sharma, and Boman Irani in important roles. Peddi is scheduled for a grand theatrical release on March 27, 2026.
