Janatha Garage’s record breaking success!

So far, NTR Jr didn’t have any notable box-office records so far. But the release of his latest film Janatha Garage has changed it all for him. He has become the first Telugu actor to achieve a consecutive $1.5 million at the US box-office after Nannaku Prematho.

Not just that Janatha Garage has become the second fastest Telugu film to collect Rs 50 crore after Baahubali by cllecting Rs 41.34 crore in the Telugu speaking states in a short span. The makers strategically released the film in a slot that had five days of holidays and that has proved to be a huge advantage for the NTR-starrer.

Despite mixed reviews for the film, there was no stopping the box-office onslaught which has been continuing big time. Koratala Siva has managed the rare feat of a hatrick start in his career. He will definitely be looked at as one of the the most successful directors in the industry hereafter.
