Had everything gone according to plan, then Rajamouli’s RRR would have been released way before Allu Arjun’s Pushpa: The Rise. However, that’s not been the case, and now, Ram Charan seems to be on hold, as Allu Arjun is leading the way for now. Pushpa: The Rise, directed by Sukumar, has performed exceptionally well in the Hindi market, way beyond its expectations.
To cash in on the success of Pushpa, and to make a stronger mark in the audience’s mind, Bunny’s last film, Ala Vaikuntapuramlo, is being released in Hindi, in theatres. This film is being released on the occasion of Republic Day, on January 26th, and the film is expected to do well in the theatres, as there are no other Hindi releases in the coming days.
On the other hand, the Hindi dubbed version of Ram Charan and Sukumar’s Rangasthalam is also being planned to be released, ahead of RRR’s release. However, this film is reportedly not going to release until AVPL’s Hindi version performance is gauged, as a result of which Charan would be waiting until Bunny’s turn is done.
