It is Allu Arjun who suggested Nara Rohit for Pushpa

Stylish Star Allu Arjun’s next project is titled Pushpa. The film was supposed to start its shoot by the end of March but it didn’t happen due to the COVID-19 situation. Rashmika Mandanna is the female lead in the movie. Sukumar will be handling the direction. Mythri Movie Makers is the production house that will be funding the project.

Vijay Sethupathi was initially roped in for the villain role in the movie. But Vijay Sethupathi has to walk out of the project as the dates allocated for Pushpa were not utilized. Now the makers are in search of a new villain. It is said that Allu Arjun has recommended Nara Rohit for the villain role. Currently, the talks are going on and a decision will be made very soon.

The shooting might start very soon probably from the next month. An extensive forest episode will be shot in the first schedule.
