A lot of decisions have been taken by Telugu producers, regarding many issues in the industry. However, not all of these decisions were stuck to by everyone, with each producer only ever working to their advantage.
The latest decision taken by Telugu producers is to let a film be released on OTT platforms only after at least a 50-day run in the theatres. Releasing a film pre-maturely on OTT platforms is creating a lot of issues for producers, who are suffering from financial issues as a result.
While this decision has been taken by Telugu producers, it is being wondered whether everyone would stick to this decision, or if once again, every producer will act out according to their own advantage. If the decision is not followed, then it most certainly wouldn’t be the first time that such a things has happened in the industry.
