Nandamuri Balakrishna announced his most ambitious project to date, NTR and even started the shoot. But director Teja, walked out of the movie, due to creative differences with the team and Balakrishna is expected to direct the movie himself. But that isn’t easy and as he has close to 110 get-ups in the film and also, the casting is not completely done yet, the actor is thinking about doing a simple commercial movie before that and then start his work on NTR biopic.
As of now, the Industry insiders say that VV Vinayak is the front-runner to direct Balakrishna in his next film. C. Kalyan will produce the film and a complete commercial potboiler is expected from the combo. Devi Sri Prasad is being approached to score the music and the busy music composer is still to give an answer it seems. The script is getting ready and the shoot, if Balakrishna likes the entire script, will start from 27th of this month it seems.
Who will be acting beside him as the heroine and who will be other cast, will only be announced once the project goes on the floor. On the other hand, Vidya Balan is approached to play the role of Basavatharakamma in the movie, NTR and the actress is ready to hear the script and her character path it seems. With Mahanati, becoming such a huge success, NTR makers will be hoping to find a suitable director who can pull off a magnanimous film on the legend of Telugu Cinema.
