Is Naga Chaitanya not doing Bangarraju?

Akkineni Nagarjuna’s Bangarraju is one of the most discussed topics in recent years. After the blockbuster success of Soggade Chinni Nayana, Nagarjuna has shown interest in the prequel of the movie Bangarraju. Kalyan Krishna Kurasala has worked a couple of years on the project and it is finally shaping up.

While Nagarjuna and Ramya Krishna will be essaying their respective roles, Naga Chaitanya was approached for a prominent character. However, with the delay in the project, Naga Chaitanya got busy with other projects. He is currently playing the lead role in Thankyou and has a project with Nandini Reddy lined up as well.

So he cannot allocate dates for Bangarraju now. However, we have to wait and see if this news is true or not. An official confirmation is awaited though. Bangarraju project might roll on next month.
