Superstar Mahesh Babu and Young Rebel Star Prabhas have their own place in Tollywood, with both the actors enjoying a huge fan base, including a massive following in women. Mahesh and Prabhas do not have much in common, with both the actors usually sticking to their own kind of films, and there was never a clash between their films either.
If the current reports are to be believed though, these both actors might clash very soon. There have been several reports for the past few weeks about Madhu Mantena’s Ramayana, and its cast. It is being said that Madhu Mantena intends for Superstar Mahesh to play Lord Ram, and Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan to play Raavan, while Deepika Padukone is said to be playing Sita.
In a recent interview, Madhu Mantena said that the audiences can expect India’s biggest actors to be a part of the film, which further cemented the idea that Mahesh is indeed a part of the film. While it will be highly interesting to see Mahesh essay the role of Lord Rama, it would bring comparisons between his portrayal and Prabhas’s portrayal, with Prabhas playing Lord Ram in Adipurush, making it the first-ever clash between these two actors.
