Hero Nani and director Siva Nirnava’s film, Tuck Jagadish skipped its theatrical release and opted for a direct to digital streaming on noted OTT platform Amazon Prime Video on September 10th. Opened to poor reports from the critics and Amazon Prime subscribers, Nani’s acting and director Siva Nirnava’s taking has been receiving backlash on social media platforms.

Meanwhile, the shocking fact is that Tuck Jagadish is the most-watched Telugu film on Amazon Prime. As per the data released, the film has registered a record number of viewing minutes and emerged as the most-watched Tollywood film on the digital medium. While Nani fans are celebrating the news, a few are openly criticizing the entire thing as a publicity stunt.

Starring Ritu Varma, Aishwarya Rajesh, Jagapathi Babu, Nazeer among others in prominent roles, Thaman has composed music and Gopi Sundar provided the background score for this family drama.
