Earlier this year released comic caper, Jathi Ratnalu thoroughly entertained the audience and ended up as a huge blockbuster at the box office. Starring Naveen Polishetty, Rahul Ramakrishna, Priyadarshi and Faria Abdullah in the lead roles, the film was made with a tight budget of four core and minted close to 35 core share.
Already news came out that the film’s director Anudeep KV is planning to make a sequel to Jathi Ratnalu. Reportedly, all the artists who did the key roles in the first installment will be reprising their roles in the sequel also which is going to have the USA backdrop.
Now, the latest news is that to expand the scale, Anudeep is keen on bringing on board a few noted stars from other industries. Buzz is also that considering the overwhelming response to the first part, the makers are planning to make the sequel as a proper pan-Indian project.
