Inside NTR’s “War 2” Transformation: A Costume Designer’s Take

NTR is stepping into Bollywood with War 2, a stylish action film where he stars alongside Hrithik Roshan. The movie teaser has already generated significant buzz and it’s gearing up for a big release this year, on August 14th, 2025.

Anaita Shroff Adajania, the costume designer expressed her excitement working with NTR, calling him a “joy”.

She noted his ability to “charge the atmosphere”. For his look in War 2, she aimed for a grounded, raw, “human machine” image.

She used strong silhouettes, rugged jackets and leather to showcase his powerful and straightforward character throughout the film.

Ayan Mukerji is directing this Yashraj Films production which also features Kiara Advani.
