Aamir Khan’s nephew, actor Imran Khan, has reportedly been asked to leave India by October 28th by Mumbai Police.
The notice came after he participated in a Mumbai protest demanding the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar.
Imran, who holds American citizenship and an OCI card, was detained during the protest on October 10th and later released.
Former BJP MP Kirit Somaiya filed a complaint questioning his participation in a political protest as a foreign citizen.
The complaint was forwarded to the Foreigners Regional Registration Office, which reportedly issued the notice under the Immigration and Foreigners Act, 2025. Imran has not yet publicly commented on the development.
