I’m Not A Star, So I Don’t Worry About Box Office: Shefali Shah

In an interview actress Shefali Shah shared that she doesn’t worry about box office numbers. Her latest project, Delhi Crime 3 is now streaming on Netflix.

Shefali, who has worked in films and web series said she’s in a happy phase where she doesn’t feel pressure about a movie’s box office performance.

“No film’s success depends on me, so I don’t carry that responsibility. I’m not a star, box office numbers don’t change because of me. I’m content where I am,” she said.

Shefali also mentioned that she doesn’t fully understand box office figures. “Everyone talks about numbers, but few know what goes into making a film”.

“Success isn’t just about money, it’s about effort and balance. For me, going to the theatre, watching movies, and enjoying samosas is the real joy of cinema”.
