I’m happy with Nomination! – Allu Arjun

Allu Arjun is all ready to welcome the critique and praises for his upcoming release, Duvvada Jagannadam. The actor met the media as part of the promotions of his film. He looked quite relaxed and confident about the movie. He also steered away from all the controversial questions and answered those that he felt highly comfortable about and he stated that he is more interested in taking about his work than other things.

When asked about the movie, he said, “Duvvada Jagannadam is a movie that will showcase me in a new light. I worked in the movie keeping Harish Shankar’s vision in mind and slowly, I understood what he wanted from me and tried to deliver exactly that with subtle changes in my body language and diction. You will see more energetic than in my previous films in this role and also I’m happy that this 25th production for Dil Raju who changed my life with Arya and the movie also established him as the leading producer.

“After Parugu, we discussed many stories but I felt that need for our collaboration to be special and I’m happy that DJ is the one.” The actor also talked about his films becoming box office successes, he said like anyone he will also get excited to see his movie becoming a success but that doesn’t change him as a person he said. He created the directors for all the success as he feels, “It is the same actor and same effort for a hit or a flop movie, but it is the director who changes and his vision is what ultimately matters.”

The actor talked about receiving awards for his movies back to back and said, “I’m more excited to see myself among the nominees as that will be give me a high rather than winning an award. Yes, awards are important but winning them depends on many factors, but being nominated means my work is getting noticed. That gives me more satisfaction for all the work I’m putting in.”
