Ibrahim Ali Khan and Amrita Singh made their acting debut with Nadaaniyan, a romantic comedy directed by Shauna Gautam.
He played the lead role alongside Khushi Kapoor. The movie was released on OTT but received a lot of criticism and Ibrahim was trolled for his performance.
Now he is preparing for his second film, Sarzameen directed by Kayoze Irani. The movie also stars Prithviraj Sukumaran and Kajol and is expected to release in May 2025.
It is said to be a serious film set around terrorism in Kashmir where Ibrahim will reportedly play an army officer.
Though Sarzameen was supposed to be his debut, Nadaaniyan released first. His sister Sara Ali Khan had earlier confirmed that he completed shooting for Sarzameen in 2023.
