IB71 Vidyut Jamwal is back on a mission to save the nation

The story was written by Aditya Shastri, while Storyhouse Films LLP wrote the screenplay for the national award-winning director Sankalp Reddy.

With his next spy thriller “IB 71,” Bollywood action hero Vidyut Jammwal has upped his game. In it, he sacrifices everything to protect his nation and its citizens.

The movie’s trailer was released on Monday by the production team. The longer than two-minute footage depicts Vidyut, an Intelligence Bureau (IB) agent, and his co-star Anupam Kher strategizing how to protect the country from a Pakistani attack in 1971.
The ‘IB 71’ teaser gives viewers a sneak peek at some exciting scenes, including preventing an airplane catastrophe and Vidyut doing what he does best: beating up bad dudes. The film also has Vishal Jethwa.

Vidyut said, “IB 71 is a story about the most classified mission that gave us an advantage in the 1971 Indo-Pak war. I am thrilled to bring this story of our IB (Intelligence Bureau) officers who are the true unsung heroes of India.”

The filmmaker Sankalp Reddy says, “After The Ghazi Attack, IB 71 is yet another story that helped us win the 1971 Indo-Pak war. I was shocked when Vidyut came to me with this story. I really appreciate the way Vidyut has stepped out of his comfort zone for this film and decided to take up an unconventional role for the first time.”
“I am glad that I got an opportunity to work with such powerful performers such as Anupam Sir, Vishal Jethwa and a great ensemble with promising roles in the film.”

Fans from around the nation descended to Mumbai in ‘IB 71’-branded cars for the classified trailer launch, creating a commotion that was in keeping with the idea of the movie and the IB universe. Fans were ecstatic to be able to attend this event.

Gulshan Kumar, T-Series Film, and Reliance Entertainment are the producers of “IB 71.” Vishal Jethwa, Anupam Kher, and Vidyut Jammwal all appear in the Action Hero Films production.
