Puri Jagannadh is one director who has maintained his popularity over the last two decades devoid of flops and hits. His earlier films like Idiot, Badri, Amma Nanna O Tamil Ammayi, Itlu Sravani Subramanyam, Sivamani, Pokiri, Deshamuduru are still revered by the young audiences and they expect him to come back in grand style with every film. He did manage a hit in Temper after many flops with Jr. NTR that changed the actor’s thinking towards the films too. Right now, Puri released his movie with Balakrishna, Paisa Vasool, recently and he is busy preparing for his next.
“ I am completely in love with Balakrishna now. I have seen how friendly and honest he is. We cannot leave such people and it is a rare quality in actors especially. He comes on time to sets and is happy to do other’s works as well. He is the one actor who won’t ask any question if we ask him to jump from any height. He will just do that and we have to be highly careful with him. As he will be ready to take any risk for cinema. I know this movie will have similarities with Pokiri and this is my style of filmmaking, I can’t completely change that,” said Puri Jagannath.
“I’m working on a script for Balakrishna as he said he wants to work with me again and I will be directing NBK103. Before that, I want to make a love story with my son and I have three stories ready for him. We will choose one and complete the film as soon as we can.I think we can start the film by October and before Balakrishna will be available I will be completing the movie with my son, Akash, “ announced the director. The movie, Paisa Vasool is playing in the theatres.
