I wanted to help a good film

Naga Chaitanya is, on one hand, busy with Savyasachi and Shailaja Reddy Alludu and on the other, he decided to promote Chi.La. Sow. Also, he started a new film on Wednesday, Venky Mama, in the direction of Bobby aka K.S. Ravindra. In the film, Venkatesh and Chaitanya will work together for the first time in a full film. In Premam, Venkatesh appeared in a cameo and this film will be a complete multi-starrer in the production of Suresh Babu.

Chi.La.Sow is the new movie directed by Rahul Ravindran, the actor who turned into writer and director. Akkineni Studios is presenting the film now worldwide and soon, it will hit the screens. Sushanth and Ruhani Sharma are playing lead roles in the movie. Naga Chaitanya said, “I wanted to promote a good film. I saw Chi.La.Sow as Rahul is a friend of Samantha and after watching it, I felt Annapurna Studios banner will be a help to the movie. I’m not doing it as a favor for Sushanth or Rahul either. This film deserves to have a good aggressive promotion and I thought Annapurna banner value will help to achieve it.”

He also shared a few details about his new movie with Samantha Akkineni. He said, “Samantha and I, are husband and wife in real life and even the movie story revolves around a married couple. So, we thought we can present ourselves in a new way on screen. Shiva Nirvana brought a good story and I think, I can no longer play a youngster who falls for the girl, at least with Samantha on-screen anymore (laughs).” He clarified that Savyasachi and Shailja Reddy Alludu will not clash.
