Rajnikanth, the SouthIndian Superstar has been one of the few actors who has shown compassion towards many of his colleagues from many years. He is known for helping anyone in need. He made a documentary about the stunt choreographers lives in Tamil Cinema recently, Cinema Veeran, directed by his daughter Aishwarya Rajnikanth. He gave his voice-over to describe their lives, their plight and many things that are related to them. As the Stunt Union completed 50 years, he along with Mohan Lal, Balakrishna, Surya, Karthi attended the event to celebrate the Golden Jubilee year.

During the event he said, “ During the start of my career I used to count the number of fights i had, the number of reels I was in for a movie, That used to be a passion of mine and why I did that even I don’t have a complete clarity. But I understand how important stunts are in our cinema so, we should give the equal respect to the stunt performers who take lots of risk for us. M.G, Ramchandran started this Union 50 years ago and this is his 100th anniversary. That’s a special co-incidence. I heard he used to help people and also give salaries to Stunt men even after he stopped making movies. Taking his blessings, I too understand the plight of my stunt men brothers and colleagues. You can any day come and knock my door for anything you need.”

Rajnikanth seems to be in the mood of entering politics and his speeches and words these days are hinting more towards that. In any case, his gesture to help the stunt choreographers is really appreciable. His 2point0 with Shankar got a making video recently, and the video is going viral all over the internet. We expect him to give that biggest blockbuster that his fans and audience are looking forward to with the film, scheduled to release on 25th of January, 2018.
