I learnt a lot from Sai Dharam Tej : Prasanna

Actor Prasanna, or more popularly husband of actress Sneha has been a popular actor in Tamil with few appearances here and there in Telugu. He acted in Bhai, with Nagarjuna in his last direct Telugu film. Recently, his Tamil movie, Thupparivalan with Vishal, released as Detective in Telugu. The actor is now playing an antagonist in Sai Dharam Tej’s Jawaan and he talked to press recently.

The actor said, “I had many apprehensions before meeting Sai Dharam Tej as he hails from a popular and powerful family. I thought he would be high-headed and egoistic but contrary to all that he had been highly welcoming and also helped me learn Telugu. I enjoyed working with him. My character won’t be your regular commercial film villain. It is quite different and I am confident about the movie becoming popular hit in Telugu.”

He continued, “BVS Ravi is a stranger for me. SS Thaman knows me well, so when he suggested to listen to a story from Ravi, I did and accepted in the first meeting. I liked the story and I am comfortable in playing more and more antagonist roles as they give more scope than protagonist roles. I am happy to be associated with this team and next one, Dongodocchadu, in Telugu is also a good one for me.” Jawaan starring Sai Dharam Tej, Mehreen Prizada Kaur in the direction of BVS Ravi will release on 1st December.
