I have Three Releases this Year: Rakul Preet Singh

Indian actress Rakul Preet Singh was a part of the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards 2023. It was held in Abu Dhabi where she gave tribute to the 50s and 60s era of Hindi cinema. Glimpses of her performance were seen on social media.

Speaking about her Dubai tour and her forthcoming projects. Singh revealed that she has three releases this year. She said, “I have two films that should release this year. One is I Love You which is a singing-dancing kind of movie. There is a Tamil film which will release on Diwali which is called Ayalaan. We just released a poster. So, these three releases for the year.”

About shifting between Hindi and South cinema, she added, “The endeavor is to try and do as much as I can; at least not completely go MIA because there’s a lot of love I have received from those industries. Part of me belongs there. I owe to them for giving me so much love. Having said that, it becomes difficult when you live in Bombay to sort of figure out your schedules. In my head, I always sort of want to have one film there. There’s also Indian 2 which we are going to finish. Meanwhile, I will figure another one.”

Rakul Preet Singh will be seen alongside Kamal Haasan in Indian 2 and Pavail Gulati in I Love You.
