Regina Cassandra is one of the actresses who should have been the top most actress in South Indian Cinema, with the kind of talent she showed in her early movies. But the actress did not accept the right movies and the flops has hurt her career growth very badly. From the heights of being considered as the next big thing, she has now, come down to a status where she could be easily forgotten if she continues to be part of similar kind of movies.
The actress has shared her reasons for her career failure. She said, ” I have been severely depressed as my love story did not end up in success. During my early years, I did not know that love can affect me so much and fell madly in love with a person. When the relationship failed. I had to find so much of strength from my past experiences and close relations to understand what damage everything has cost to my career.”
The actress said she had recovered from all that and her goal is to become the best actress in the Cinema with the opportunities she get further. She said,” It is all in the past now and I have moved on. I am now a person who is more career oriented and I hope to entertain audience as much as I can to see myself at the heights I always wished to be.” The actress is now doing Nani’s first production, Awe in Telugu and few films in Tamil.
