Nandamuri Balakrishna is currently playing the lead role in the movie Akhanda that is being directed by Boyapati Srinu. The film’s shooting is progressing at a brisk pace braving the second wave of COVID. The recently released teaser of the film has grabbed the attention of the audience. It has crossed 30 Million views which is a sample of the craze that the project has.
Akhanda is scheduled for the release on May 28th and it might seem impossible to catch the announced date. The latest speculations about the project are that a leading OTT giant has offered a huge price for the films’ digital release. It is said that they offered a whopping Rs. 65 Crores.
However, the makers have rejected the proposal as they only wanted theatrical release first. Pragya Jaiswal and Poorna are the leading ladies of this project. SS Thaman has been composing the music.
