Huge Coronavirus scare for Rajinikanth’s Annaatthe

Super Star Rajinikanth is currently shooting for his upcoming film Annaatthe. The movie’s shooting has resumed recently and is progressing in Hyderabad. However, the movie has got a huge COVID scare as almost 8 members from the crew of this team have been tested for COVID.

With this, the shooting has been stalled and Rajinikanth went into home quarantine in Hyderabad. Fortunately, Rajini got tested and his result is COVID negative.

Siva is the director of this movie. Nayanthara, Keerthy Suresh, Meena, Khusbhoo are playing the female leads in this movie. Initially, Annaatthe was scheduled for Sankranthi 2021 release. After lockdown, it has been postponed for Summer. But now with the current circumstances taken into account, Annaatthe might find it difficult to release in Summer as well.
