How is normal Tollywood going to fare now?

It’s safe to say that the pan-Indian fever for this year is over in Tollywood for now, with no other major pan-Indian film ready to release this year. Tollywood’s track record with pan-Indian movies has been a hit and miss this year, with Radhe Shyam turning out to be a disappointment, and RRR turning out to be a major success.

Tollywood is now gearing up for the release of films limited to the Telugu audience only, with Acharya, which is all set to be released on April 29th. The film’s release would be followed by several other films, including F3 and Sarakaru Vaari Paata, with the latter having a lot of expectations on it.

Tollywood has had four major normal films released this year, including Khiladi, Bheemla Nayak, Aadavallu Meeku Johaarlu and Ghani, of which only Bheemla Nayak managed to impress the audiences. As such, it is now to be seen how well Tollywood is going to fare in the months to come.
