Ace director SS Rajamouli’s pre-independence patriotic drama, RRR starring NTR and Ram Charan in the lead roles had a magnificent opening at the worldwide box office. Reportedly, the film grossed Rs 325 crore collection on its first day.

• KGF 2

Kannada star actor-director duo Yash and Prashanth Neel’s rustic actioner, KGF 2 collected a worldwide gross of Rs 164.20 crore on its first day.

• Beast

Kollywood star Vijay’s thriller, Beast under the direction of Nelson Dilipkumar has witnessed a worldwide gross of Rs 93 crore on its opening day.

• Brahmastra

Bollywood stars Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s visual loves drama, Brahmastra registered a worldwide gross of Rs 69 crore on its opening day. Ayan Mukherjee is the director of this Astraverse film.

• Radhe Shyam

Pan-India stars Prabhas and Pooja Hegde’s period love drama, Radhe Shyam under the direction of Radha Krishna Kumar had breached Rs 67 crore worldwide gross on its first day.

• Sarkaru Vaari Paata

Superstar Mahesh Babu and director Parasuram’s action entertainer, Sarkaru Vaari Paata clocked Rs 65 crore gross on its opening day.

• Vikram

Starring Kamal Haasan, Vijay Sethupathi, and Fahadh Faasil in key roles, Vikram breached Rs 58.5 crore gross on its first day. Lokesh Kanagaraj is the director of this actioner.

• Bheemla Nayak

Powerstar Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati’s actioner, Bheemla Nayak clocked a worldwide gross of Rs 56.50 crore on its opening day.

• Acharya

Directed by Koratala Siva, Acharya starring Megastar Chiranjeevi and his son Ram Charan in the lead roles collected a gross of Rs 52 crore on its first day

Starring Thala Ajith in the lead role, Valimai directed by H Vinoth clocked a worldwide gross of Rs 46.50 crore on its first day.
