Allu Arjun received a big relief regarding the case filed by the Andhra Pradesh Police. The AP High Court decided to dismiss the case.
Previously, the Nandyal City Police had filed a complaint against Allu Arjun and former Nandyal MLA Silpa Ravi Chandra Kishore Reddy claiming they had violated the Election Commission Code of Conduct.
Earlier this year Icon Star attended a large public event in Nandyal to support Silpa Ravi during the elections. On his arrival there was a big rally with motorcycles and cars, followed by a gathering at Silpa Ravi’s residence.
Though they didn’t get prior permission, the police provided security for Allu Arjun’s visit. Later, some people complained to the Election Commission, which led the Nandyal Two Town Police to file an FIR against both Allu Arjun and Silpa Ravi.
Both of them took the matter to the High Court to get the case dismissed. On October 25 the court reviewed the case and postponed the decision until November 6th. This morning the court ruled in their favor dismissing the case.

The court agreed with his lawyers’ argument that his visit was personal and didn’t constitute a code violation. #alluarjun #nandiyal #ysrcp #apelection2024 pic.twitter.com/9uuxgyQGjU
